I do not recommend purchasing any car from Land Rover Dealership at North Dade - especially if you are an out of state buyer. It's been 70 days since I purchased expensive Range Rover from this dealer and they have not applied for car registration yet (after collecting $15k as applicable taxes/fees). Service department is unethical. Needed to replace a running board on my 2018 Range Rover Sport. The service tech reported back that the cost to do so would be $10,000 because the running boards had to be purchased as a set. He said the labor was minimal, but that the majority of the cost associated with this repair was the parts from Land Rover. Did research and found the deployable running board package (from Land Rover) was $928.00 (including tax and shipping). They just ripped off my wife who went in to have brake pads done on her 2019 Land Rover Discover and that replaced rotors and drum and charged over $2500. DO NOT USE THEM. the took the car on Friday and didn't return it until Monday with little communication about what was going on.

Do not go near these people! I had a battery issue with my 2009 Jag XK. Spoke with Jaguar service and gave them all the car's data, including year. "Send it over!" they told me. Had it towed there. Hours later, I receive a voicemail from them informing me that they do not service Jags over 10 years old and to tow it out of there. Yikes! This dealership should be avoided at all cost. They should move to Iran or somewhere that replicates their attitudes towards their cars, I bought my car there NEW! BEWARE!!!!!!!

I was in the market for a Range Rover Sport when i stumbled upon a Land Rover Dealership out of Miami, German was my salesmen he was professional and efficient, can't get any better than this, very knowledgeable agent and easy to deal with. I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. Without even inspecting my vehicle they tried to force me to buy services I did not need and my car was not due for. When I refused and explained to them that those services were already performed 10K miles ago, they then told me that if I didnt get what they were selling they would not reset my vehicles service indicator and it would keep flashing in my face! Danny send me incorrect part. I returned it back for full refund but received check in the mail. Check was only for $72.21 and it was on different person name, not mine! I called their office, Danny Rizo picked up the phone. He was very rude and unprofessional, he told me "not my problem, that's what you gonna get" and hanged up the phone. I left multiple voicemails he never called me back, and when I reach him Danny disconnects the phone. Ridiculous! I will be disputing the transaction with my bank!!

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a 2018 Range Rover sport sigh unseen. Trusted the sales rep and he told us there was absolutely no dents, dings, scratches, etc on this car. Our transporter went to pick it up, we are friends with him and he called and said this car is no good. Be warned about their service department. They charge you triple the cost of anywhere else. It's a big scam. No loaner's. Nothing like any of the other luxury car brands. You get bottom level service from them. They don't respond to any requests via phone or email and it's because they want to get you in there and let the repair scams begin.

As far as service goes, Charrica Lewis has been fabulous. Generally speaking my overall dealer experience has been reasonable. I simply will not buy another Jaguar. My car is just 4 years old and I have lost count of the number of times it has needed service. The tires on my car are a nightmare, and I have had to replace the compressor and the fan already. This is, however, not a dealership issue.

Car went in for over heating.They said it was a broken hose.They said they changed it and then called me and told me it will cost me $3500 on top of the $1200 I spent cause they said I had bad head gaskets on my LR3.Went to another repair shop and not only did they let the engine cover loose it was only a broken plastic part.I am so upset being that I thought this would only happen in a little repair shop...Get a estimate before you let them work on your car.
