POWER OUTPUT OF THE 2020 F-TYPE
Power from the 2020 F-TYPE ranges – starting out as a 296-horsepower cruiser to an exceptionally powerfully car that pumps out 575-horsepower. A turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder is the base engine and works singularly on a rear-wheel-drive setup. P340 models use a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 that will give you 340 horsepower. The same engine used in the P380/R-Dynamic setup will give you a power boost, at 380 horsepower. For the V6 all-wheel drive is an option. Then, there is a supercharged 5.0-liter V8. With it running in the F-TYPE R you get a 550-horsepower output, and the SVR models bump it up even higher to 575 horsepower. All engines offer a fuel-saving stop/start feature and are paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE DESIGN ELEMENTS?
The F-TYPE is available in either coupe or convertible form; all models are two-seaters. The cabin offers a 10-inch infotainment display, 12-way power-adjustable leather/suede/cloth seats with memory, single-zone climate control, smartphone integration, a 380-watt Meridian sound system, USB port, Bluetooth connectivity, and more. The coupe’s trunk gives you a decent amount of cargo space at 14.4 cubic feet.
